How much Damage does a Quasar do?

Sector shots:

Total ore on planet x percentage set / 3 = Damage done

Damage Done x 3 = Cost in ore

Atmosphere Shots:

Total ore on planet x percentage set = Damage done

Damage Done / 2 = Cost in ore

For those of you who flunked 3rd grade math, percentages are expressed like this... 90% = .90 50% = .50 NOTE the decimal points!!!
